WhatsApp Goal Investigation Support

1. Service

WhatsApp Goal Investigation Support is available as part of the Crossroads Program or as a standalone Goal Investigation (Life Coaching) service.

Support is provided through WhatsApp and may include text messages and voice notes. Clients may also send photos, videos and screenshots where relevant to their Goal Investigation.

2. Goal Investigation Support Credits

Your purchased credits are valid for the following periods from the date of purchase:

• 15 credits: valid for 28 days
• 60 credits: valid for 31 days
• 720 credits: valid for 12 months

Credits expire at the end of the applicable validity period and cannot be used after the expiry date.

Your Letter of Agreement will confirm the expiry date of your current plan.

If you upgrade your plan, you will receive a new Letter of Agreement outlining the applicable plan and expiry date(s).

3. How Credits Are Used

One credit is used each time your Goal Detective responds to a WhatsApp message.

Your own time spent reading, thinking, reflecting, writing or replying does not use your credits.

4. Money-Back Guarantee — 1:1 Goal Investigation Session

A money-back guarantee is available for a 1:1 Goal Investigation Session when a refund is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

5. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period — WhatsApp Goal Investigation Support

A 14-day cooling-off period applies to WhatsApp Goal Investigation Support.

Full refund:
If you request a refund within 14 days of purchase and no credits have been used, you will receive a full refund.

Up to 75% refund:
If you request a refund within 14 days and 25% or less of your purchased credits have been used, you may receive a refund of up to 75% of the purchase price, adjusted to account for the credits already used.

No refund:
If more than 25% of your purchased credits have been used, no refund will be provided.

Any applicable refund will be calculated based on the number of credits used at the time the refund request is received.
