The Email Goal Investigation will give you 4 email coaching sessions. This means you will be able to get personalised support via email, helping you on your Crossroads Journeys. If your Goal Detective gives you any Premium exercises, they will be included in the price, unless they recommend a whole module to you.
For example, if you are struggling with roadblocks/sabottages/negative self-talk, then they may recommend Module 3: Roadblocks.
