Terms and Conditions

• The WhatsApp Goal Investigation Chat is for your Crossroads Journey.
• If you purchase the 12 x 60-minute WhatsApp Goal Investigation Chat, you will have 12 months to use your minutes.
• On the 720-minute WhatsApp Goal Investigation Chat, your minutes roll over to the end of your plan.
• In your Letter of Agreement, you will get an expiry date for your current plan.
• Each time you upgrade a plan, you will receive a new Letter of Agreement that outlines your new expiry date(s).
• Your 720-minute balance applies solely to the Goal Detectives’ active time to respond to your message. Time spent by you (the Goal Investigator) reading, reflecting, or drafting messages does not deduct from your balance.
